Wide explanation with regard to various Thalams has been included in Thiruppugazh Isai Vazhipadu book. However, there is no exclusive classes being held for explaining the Thalams / Chandams applied in our Thiruppugazh Songs. By grace of our Lord and Guruji, Anbars have somehow learnt the art of Thalams and beautifully rendering songs in all Vazhipadu. However, the facts remain that many common Anbars are not much interested in Thalam aspect, and teachers are explaining the Thalams within the time available in the classes.
As Anbars are aware that Tiruvanandhapuram Anbar and Teacher Dr..Balu Iyer has taken much interest in Thalams applied in our Thiruppugazh Vazhipadu Songs and as directed by Guruji, he was explaining the Thalams for the benifit of Anbars attending his classes. After 18 years of explaining the Thalams in Thiruppukazh Isai Vazhipadu in classes in TVM and giving lecture demonstration on Thiruppukazh Thalams in several places all over Kerala, he decided to share this information with others who may be interested in this topic.
Accordingly, in order to share the valuable treasure to all Anbars at global level, he was publishing topic-wise lessons through YOUTUBE FORMAT in a phased manner. Now he has completed all the varieties of Thalams included in our Thiruppugazh Isai Vazhipadu Songs.
